I was on a plane and couldn’t remember where I was going until I heard a man speaking with a South African accent.
I was sitting in a row on board the plane with a Latin American family.
Upon arrival in South Africa, a fellow passenger invited me to stay at his house in Johannesburg until I found a place of my own.
We arrived at the man's house at one p.m. and I told him I would try to stay awake until night to adjust my sleep cycle and ward off jet lag.
I told the man I was going to take a walk to get some fresh air and check out the sites and he gave me clear instructions on where not to go in the city where crime and dangers were more prevalent.
Outside of the man's house, I was stretching against a brick wall to prpepare myself for the long walk when I ran into the Latin American family from the airplane.
They said they too were going to have a walk around Johannesburg and I conveyed what the man had told me about staying safe and avoiding trouble.
One of the women told me they were all sisters and one of them was going to marry a South African man and they were there for the wedding.
Amongst the women there were two sets of identical twins.
The woman I'd been speaking with jokingly asked me if I wanted to be her date for the wedding so the guests wouldn't be mostly women.
Then I woke up.
