I’d travelled to Africa with a friend and we’d taken jobs and settled down and found ourselves dating Indian women. In the dream’s final sequence, it was my wedding day and my bride to be and her maid of honor arrived at the wedding on two beautiful horses.
As the wedding was about to start, the two woman were unsure where to keep their horses and I suggested an empty corridor where they’d be safe. Just then, all the guests arrived wearing ornate clothing and traditional Indian music began to play. I sat down next to my new father-In-law who told me I needed to summons my bride and open the door so she and her maid of honor could make their grand entrance.
Once they entered the hall, the guests became frenzied, screaming and chanting wildly as the music got louder and louder. I returned to my chair and my father-in-law started taking photos while another, smartly-dressed man with a mustache introduced himself as the videographer telling us how he was hired to film and photograph the wedding so we had nothing to worry about except enjoying ourselves on this special day.
Just then, a Bollywood-type movie depicting a traditional Indian wedding came on over a large-screen TV in the hall and I thought to myself how strange it was that they’d have a TV on in the middle of a wedding.
Then I woke up.
